The working systems
Every aspect of the vessel’s onboard systems is developed with precision, coherence, and integration at its core. This includes comprehensive systems calculations, general arrangements for all major equipment, as well as complete bills of materials – each one meticulously assembled to ensure functionality, maintainability, and compliance with marine standards.
• Piping systems – are routed with purpose and clarity, modeled in 3D to reflect their exact paths and interactions with the structural and interior architecture.
• Assembly and spool drawings – are generated to support efficient fabrication and installation, minimizing ambiguity and streamlining production workflows.
Crucially, all systems are conceived not in isolation, but in concert with the vessel’s structural framework and interior design. This integration ensures that equipment, piping, and routing are not only feasible within the spatial constraints, but also accessible for maintenance and service, without compromising aesthetic or ergonomic principles.
Every detail, from the macro-scale routing to the smallest fitting, is embedded within a fully detailed 3D environment, delivering a clear, build-ready platform for engineering, production, and installation.
Systems diagrams and Equipment layout
Based on the specifications of a project, we calculate the parameters and determine the necessary equipment that will form a particular system. The components and the interactions between the components will be shown within a System Diagram drawing that will capture all the essential information of the system’s design. The necessary equipment is listed in the diagrams and a general arrangement of the equipment in relation to the construction of the boat can be shown within an layout drawing.
Pipe routing
Based on the diagrams and on the layout of the equipment, we will determine and indicate the routs through which all the rigid pipes and the flexible pipes will cross and will be mounted on board the ship, making sure that they will not interfere with the structural construction and the interior accommodations, plus we will add all the connections and the fittings. We will do this within the 3D environment. A special attention is being paid to how to access all the components of a system for service and maintenance.
Assembly and Spool drawings
The final stage will be isometric drawings of all the pipes on board, an ‘’assembly drawing’’ of the systems components.
